**The Job You Will Perform:**

The Maintenance Associate program provides on-the-job and on-line training in the areas of mechanical, electrical and preventative maintenance.

+ Perform preventative maintenance activities such as lubricating, measuring run out, calibrating dials, aligning components, and observing operations, vibrations, and noise level

+ Complete emergency/break down maintenance as necessary to support plant operations

+ Perform electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, steam system, and other repairs and installations

+ Accurately use measurement and test equipment

+ Maintain clean and organized work areas and cleaning up work areas as part of completing assigned tasks

+ Accurately and completely prepare and maintain maintenance records and other paperwork

+ Work independently as well as part of a team

+ Follow all safety rules and practices

+ Perform other duties as assigned by supervision

**The Skills You Will Bring:**

+ High school diploma or GED

+ 2 year technical degree in a relevant field of study OR experience working in the corrugated industry

+ Mechanical aptitude and strong interest to work with mechanical equipment

+ Willingness to be trained and to perform as a multi-craft mechanical Maintenance Technician

+ Outstanding communications, interpersonal and team skills

+ Desire for a long-term opportunity

+ Action oriented and drive for results

+ Customer focused

+ Organized
