The Advance Group has partnered with a manufacturing company in Weston, OH to direct hire Warehouse workers. The ideal candidate will be dependable, have forklift experience, and knowledge of hand-held RF scanners.

Job duties for Warehouse workers:
• Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts (50–75% of the workday)
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse
• Pick and stage orders using handheld scanners
• Prepare shipments, including wrapping pallets and organizing outgoing freight
• Handle e-commerce orders, including relabeling and detailed packaging requirements
• Assist with inventory tracking and ensure accurate order fulfillment
• Perform hand packaging and assist production if needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety guidelines
• Perform frequent bending and lifting up to 50lbs to move and stack boxes

Requirements for Warehouse workers:
• Forklift experience strongly preferred (stand-up or sit-down; certification provided on-site)
• Prior warehouse experience including order picking and scanner use
• Basic computer and math skills for inventory and order processing
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and perform frequent bending and lifting
• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• No cell phone use on the floor
• Must be comfortable working around allergens (nuts, dairy, shellfish)
*typically looks for candidates near BG/Waterville/Weston area, candidates in Toledo do not last

Shift for Warehouse workers:
• 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday 6:00am–4:00pm
• Occasional Fridays (typically 8-hour shifts)
• Saturdays are extremely rare and usually voluntary

Pay for Warehouse workers:
• 1st Shift: $18.50/hr
• Bi-weekly pay
• Merit-based raises after 90 days
