We are looking for a **Supply Chain Program Manager** to join our team and serve as a strategic leader for select programs. As a **Supply Chain Program Manager** , you will:
+ **Lead Strategic Execution:** Oversee all aspects of program supply chain strategy, including procurement, subcontracts management, and planning to ensure alignment between functional goals and program execution.
+ **Drive Program Success:** Act as the single point of escalation for supply chain issue resolution, ensuring materials meet cost, quality, and schedule targets.
+ **Manage Strategic Relationships:** Collaborate with supplier leadership to manage key partnerships and ensure the delivery of all contracted requirements.
+ **Optimize Resources:** Allocate supply chain resources effectively and develop programmatic strategies that address specific business requirements.
+ **Mitigate Risk:** Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and industry developments to anticipate potential risks and identify opportunities for the business.
+ **Mentor and Lead:** Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to subcontract project management, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
+ **Collaborate Cross-Functionally:** Serve as an engaged member of the program team, advising leadership on all aspects of supply chain execution and facilitating communication between functional teams.
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 8 years work experience or equivalent experience
+ Proven experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve operational and financial goals.
+ Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with internal stakeholders and external supplier leadership.
+ Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence across functional boundaries.
+ Ability to make decisions using sound judgment while complying with company policies and applicable federal regulations.
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Master s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ 12 years of relevant experience in supply chain leadership.
+ PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
+ Experience working within the defense industry or with government contracting requirements.
+ Experience managing a portfolio of programs (program family) rather than a single project.
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $108787 - $184937
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
