Machine Operator – CNC Mills & Lathes | 1st Shift | Manufacturing Experience Preferred

Job duties for Machine Operator:
• Operate vertical CNC mills and lathes in a production machine shop environment
• Load and unload parts into CNC machines
• Monitor machine operation and inspect parts for quality and accuracy
• Run 1-2 CNC machines at a time while maintaining production standards
• Perform basic measurements and inspections using measuring tools as needed
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow production instructions and quality standards carefully
• Support production goals by producing quality parts in a timely manner
Requirements for Machine Operator:
• Previous manufacturing, machining, CNC, or machine operating experience
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn required
• Experience with tape measures, calipers, or blueprint reading is helpful but not required
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards required
• Reliable attendance and dependable work history required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a production machine shop environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Strong work ethic and willingness to cross train required
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and background screen
•High School Diploma/GED
Shift for Machine Operator:
• Monday-Friday
• 1st Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm
Pay for Machine Operator:
• Starting pay around $18.00/hr
• Potential flexibility based on relevant experience
• After hire, eligible for bonuses up to an additional $2/hr based on scrap rate and attendance
