**Job Title: DC Training Coordinator**

**Hours:** Primarily 1st shift hours, must be flexible based on training needs.

We are seeking an ambitious DC Training Associate to join our world-class team at Ferguson Enterprises! **Responsibilities**

+ Perform general warehouse duties to facilitate the flow of goods.

+ Assist site management to align with Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation, completing documentation and records as required.

+ Resolve orders that cannot be dispatched or are on hold by liaising with other departments.

+ Pick and pack goods ready for dispatch.

+ Ensure strict adherence to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements.

+ Maintain regular and reliable attendance.

+ Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.

**Requirements**

+ Proven experience in a similar role within a warehouse or distribution center.

+ Strong attention to detail with the ability to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.

+ Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.

+ Ability to strictly follow safety protocols and guidelines.

+ Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

+ Physical capability to carry out warehouse tasks, including lifting and transporting heavy objects.

+ Basic computer skills for documentation and record-keeping.

**Pay Range:**

$15.00 - $37.18

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
