The Senior Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate patient onboarding initiatives seamlessly into our brand's overall strategy, ultimately improving the patient journey and commercial success of Otezla

+ Messaging Development for Patient Onboarding and Financial Support: Own the messaging development for patient onboarding and financial support initiatives, ensuring clarity, empathy, and alignment with patient needs.

+ Media Tactics Aligned to Patient Onboarding: Lead all media tactics and activations aligned with patient onboarding, leveraging diverse channels to reach and engage our target audience effectively.

+ Building Pediatric Patient Experience and Resources: Develop resources and define the pediatric patient experience (new indication) to ensure comprehensive, tailored support for caregivers & teens.

+ Development of Success Tracking Resource: Build a resource for tracking the success of Otezla, using patient-driven insights to elevate impact and support adherence.

+ Managing Print Budget and Inventory:

+ Oversee the print budget and inventory management, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely execution of print materials.

+ Manage agency relationships and budget allocation to optimize program performance.

+ Champion continuous improvement and innovation, sharing standard methodologies across the organization.

+ Collaborate with key partners including HCP marketing, Patient Access, and business analytics to drive patient engagement and brand success.

**Basic Qualifications:**

Doctorate degree and 2 years of marketing experience

OR

Master’s degree and 4 years of marketing experience

OR

Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of marketing experience

OR

Associate’s degree and 10 years of marketing experience

OR

High school diploma / GED and 12 years of marketing experience

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Analytical Skills: Proficient in interpreting data and analyzing trends to make informed, data-driven decisions. This includes using primary market research and performance analytics to better understand the target audience, measure efficiency, and optimize strategies.

+ Creativity: Capable of developing innovative tactics and content that capture attention and resonate with the audience. Must excel in crafting platform-specific creative and understand the patient journey to align creative objectives with each phase.

+ Communication Skills: Effective in crafting compelling messaging, presenting ideas to collaborators, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Examples include writing briefs, delivering feedback to agencies, and encouraging clear written communication.

+ Customer-Centric Focus: Understanding the needs, preferences, and difficulties of the target audience to create relevant and impactful marketing campaigns.

+ Strategic Thinking: Ability to visualize the big picture and develop long-term strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth.

+ Leadership Skills: Capable of inspiring and motivating peers, agencies, and partners, providing clear direction, and fostering a collaborative environment that yields results.

+ Results-Driven: Dedicated to achieving measurable results and continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and optimization of strategies.

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
