Infant Hearing Tech

Sibley Memorial Hospital is a full-service community hospital, Sibley offers medical, surgical, intensive care, obstetric, oncology, orthopedic and skilled nursing inpatient services, as well as a 24-hour Emergency Department. Sibley’s campus is also home to Grand Oaks, an assisted living residence; a medical building with physician offices and ambulatory surgery and imaging centers.

General Summary:

  • The Hearing Screening Tech’s primary role is to perform hearing screenings on the newborn through geriatric population.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent. A college degree in either speech-language pathology, audiology, or a related health field preferred but not required.
  • Fluency in Spanish and/or ASL helpful but not necessary.
  • Experience working with infants and/or geriatrics a plus.
  • Must be certified in CPR or obtain certification within 30 days of employment

Salary Range: Minimum 20.00/hour - Maximum 20.00/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
