General Labor (Entry-Level) – Night Shift | $17.33/hr | Rotating Schedule | Walbridge, OH

The Advance Group is hiring General Laborers in Walbridge, OH to support operations at a global solar panel manufacturing facility.

Pay:

$17.33/hour

Schedule:

Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:10 AM
Rotating schedule (work every other weekend)
Occasional voluntary overtime available

General Labor Responsibilities:

Break down wooden crates and pallets using hand tools (drills, hammers, etc.)
Manually remove end caps and disassemble materials
Stack wood and materials in organized piles
Safely handle materials, including broken glass when necessary
Identify and report defects or safety hazards
Maintain a clean and safe work environment

General Labor Requirements:

Previous general labor or hand tool experience required
Ability to lift up to 45 lbs consistently
Comfortable with bending, lifting, and repetitive physical work
Ability to stand and stay active throughout the shift
Team-oriented with strong work ethic and attendance
Safety-first mindset
High school diploma or GED required
Must pass a drug screen and background check
Must have a smartphone for timekeeping
