Join Allied Universal as an Armed Screener in a healthcare location, where you will monitor assigned entry points, screen visitors and staff, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication. You will remain visible, perform routine observations, and help to deter security-related incidents while working with a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity.

**Position Type: Part Time**

**Pay Rate: $21.55 / Hour**

**Day** **Time**

Fri03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Sat03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Sun03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

**What You'll Do:**

+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access screening activities, and/or emergency response support at a healthcare location.

+ Screen patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors at designated entry points while following site protocols for access control and prohibited items.

+ Monitor entrances, lobbies, and waiting areas for unusual activity and report security-related concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior to the appropriate personnel.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and document observations, screening results, and/or notable events according to site guidelines.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter as assigned, with working environments and conditions varying by site.

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ An armed guard card and/or license is required.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Baton certification is preferred.

+ Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
