**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Assessment & Authorization (A&A), Risk Management Framework (RMF) Engineer** to join our team in **Virginia Beach, VA** . This position is onsite.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Reports directly to the Project Manager and supports execution in a matrix organization.
+ Responsible for the development, submission, and maintenance of all Cyber and A&A artifacts as part of the Navy’s RMF in support of Authorizations to Operate (ATOs).
+ Supports hardware and software configuration baseline updates for NETTN enclaves and systems as well as Navy Training Baseline (NTB) software configuration deliveries.
+ Work with RMF Package escalation process and procedures.
+ Work with Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) (or equivalent system based on Enclave classification, i.e. XACTA) plan of action and milestones (POA&Ms) for ongoing and closed findings.
+ Works alongside system owners, security engineers and technical teams to ensure cybersecurity controls are properly implemented, reviewed and documented.
+ Support a team environment based on mutual respect and teamwork, dedicated to innovation and effective, efficient work practices.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Masters degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, or a Bachelors degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, or a High School Diploma and 9+ years of relevant experience in lieu of Masters degree
+ Experience working with Defense Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP), Risk Management Framework (RMF), National Institute Standards and Technology (NIST), and other federal guidelines
+ Computing Environment/Operating System (CE/OS) certifications (ex. Linux, Windows, VMWare)
+ IAT-II level at a minimum in accordance with SECNAV M-5239.2 and DoD 8140/8570. (ex. CompTia Sec+)
+ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Familiarity with the United States Navy preferred
+ Experience utilizing assessment tools (e.g., ACAS, SCAP, HBSS) and RMF process tools (e.g., MCCAST, eMASS, XACTA, eArcher, VRAM and DITPR-DON/DADMS) preferred CISSP certifications
+ Extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and independently performs a wide variety of complicated tasks
+ Strong technical, interpersonal, written, and verbal skills
**Clearance Requirements:**
+ Must have a current and active TS/SCI Clearance with the ability to obtain SAP access.
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Up to 10% travel anticipated.
+ Work will require movement from Government site to and from MANTECH site for client meetings and support functions.
+ The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
+ Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which involve delivering presentations.
