**As per roles & responsibilities:**

- Manages a support-level team; may spend a portion of time performing the work supervised

- Supervises the day-to-day activities of the team

- Responsible for operational results of the team

- Receives guidance and oversight from manager

- Requires understanding of concepts, processes, procedures and systems within own discipline

- Has knowledge of how the team relates to other teams; coordinates efforts and resources to achieve team objectives

- Provides day-to-day supervision or oversight to a team of support-level employees; may spend a portion of time performing the work supervised

- Responsible for mentoring and training team members in area of experience

- Responsible for operational results of the team and ensures team members have resources to meet objectives

- Uses established procedures/policies and experience to identify and resolve day-to-day problems, escalating more complex challenges

- Makes suggested improvements to processes and tools

- Impacts the overall quality and timeliness of the tasks performed by the team by coordinating activities and checking work quality and progress; receives guidance and oversight from manager

- Guided by team goals and established precedents and procedures

- Communicates ideas in a concise and logical way that gains understanding

- Networks with internal team and group and influences on suggested changes

The pay range for this position is 22,200.00€ to 29,950.00€. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
