Senior OneStream Consultant V

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Senior** **OneStream Consultant** to join our team. This is a **remote** position.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

+ Applying advanced theoretical knowledge of Computer Science and Engineering principles to proficiently develop, write, test, troubleshoot, and document code and interfaces for financial management applications using the OneStream XF platform

+ Developing and troubleshooting a variety of components that include security models, event processes, custom dashboards, reports, business rules, and member formulas, with a focus on enhancing system functionality and efficiency

+ Actively participating in various phases of the software development cycle, ranging from systems analysis and design to development, configuration, testing, debugging, and documentation, to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions

+ Designing and creating financial reports and dashboards based on specific client requirements while adhering to industry best practices to ensure the delivery of accurate and meaningful insights

+ Identifying potential project risks, providing risk mitigation options, and escalating unresolved risks to project management to ensure timely resolution and minimal impact on project timelines

+ Designing and building data conversion and data load artifacts throughout various project phases, to ensure smooth data migration and accuracy

+ Continually expanding your knowledge of OneStream through comprehensive training, financial processes, and industry best practices, to stay abreast of the latest trends and enhance your professional growth

+ Working in an agile environment, applying agile practices, and actively participating in daily stand-ups and scrum activities to foster collaborative and efficient project management

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Systems Engineering, or Information Systems or related field

+ 10+ years of work experience in systems design, infrastructure, tuning/optimization, cloud, development, and deployment

+ 5+ years of relevant OneStream experience **or** comparable experience performing software development, demonstrating a track record of successful project delivery

+ 4+ years of OneStream XF installation, configuration, and optimization experience

+ Familiar with C# or VB.NET, to handle technical requirements of the role

+ SQL experience with SQL Server or Oracle databases, to manage and manipulate data effectively

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, to navigate through complex situations and provide effective solutions

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems

+ VB.NET development experience and/or any object-oriented programming languages

+ Experience assisting with ATOs and setting up Single Sign-On for applications

+ Work experience in a professional services company and/or a consulting firm

+ CompTIA Security+ certification

**Clearance Requirements:**

+ US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Public Trust

**Physical Requirements:**

+ Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

+ Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations

+ Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
