Our Digital Transformation Consulting Division (DTD) specializes in high-end consulting that is solving the federal government’s hardest problems by delivering performance-based and outcome-driven digital transformation solutions. **This is a 100% remote position.**

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**

+ Establish and/or review course content and objectives for OneStream software training programs.

+ Develop, test, maintain, and deliver training programs and related materials in support of the relatively complex OneStream product and its procedures.

+ Conduct training sessions for the Department of Homeland Security's Financial Management, Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution (PPBE) component divisions.

+ Develop criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of OneStream software training and regularly assess its impact.

+ Continuously update course documentation to ensure timeliness and relevance in our rapidly evolving environment.

+ Provide work leadership for lower-level practitioners, including evaluating the effectiveness of their training presentations and programs.

+ Stay abreast of the latest developments in OneStream software training techniques and technologies.

+ Collaborating with other members of the development team and project managers to deliver training that not only meet but exceed client expectations while adhering to project timelines.

**Basic Qualifications:**

+ A bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Education, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Systems or relevant field.

+ 5+ years of relevant experience

+ Strong organizational and team management skills.

+ Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.

+ Knowledge of modern software training techniques and tools.

+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate clear and effective communication with team members and stakeholders.

+ The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering a positive work culture and promoting teamwork.

+ The ability to obtain a U.S. Government public trust clearance.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Proven experience as a OneStream Software Applications Trainer, Training Facilitator, or similar role.

+ General knowledge of federal financial management processes and requirements.

+ Experience with Hyperion, OneStream, or SAP BPC Financial Reporting development, to bring valuable insights and expertise to the role.

+ Relevant Professional certifications (e.g., CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer)) are a plus.

+ Confident public speaker and a devoted educator who is up to date on the latest tools and resources needed to improve employee training and performance.

**Security Clearance Requirements:**

+ US citizenship with the ability to obtain DHS public trust.

The projected compensation range for this position is $76,400-$127,300. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
