+ Provides leadership to managers and senior professional staff.
+ Adapts and executes functional or departmental business plans.
+ May contribute to the development of strategies.
+ Makes decisions based on resource availability and functional objectives.

+ Is accountable for driving growth opportunities across the entire portfolio/segment.
+ Manages multiple strategic clients and complex contracts across locations, requiring large staffing.
+ Pro-actively guides the client and cross-functional internal teams to resolve critical escalations.
+ Owns client relationships that have corporate strategic importance.
+ Leads potential deals through the review process and recommends based on the approval matrix.
+ Responsible for client satisfaction through potentially multiple Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
+ Provides industry and company knowledge within the business vertical.
+ Provides recommendations and initiates enhancement opportunities to sales and marketing operations.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
