Designer, UX

**Overview**

The User Experience Designer has the responsibility to conduct user research to provide insights into the user flow and journey. They will provide conceptual prototypes within a test-and-learn iterative approach to ensure the product team has the customer information needed to build the right solution. They will also build user interface elements, SDK and/or style guides to build an Acosta brand experience; including embedded BI and Data Platform experiences.

**Essential Functions:**

+ Sit with end user customers to ensure Acosta products are providing the highest levels of value, quality, and satisfaction.

+ Build an Acosta UI/UX insights harmonized brand across the product landscape.

+ Continuous interactive product research of usability and behavior.

+ Produce high quality flow diagrams, designs, and storyboard artifacts.

+ Help connect user experience across the product domains as well as Acosta communicate artifacts.

**Qualifications**

**Education Requirements:**

+ High School Diploma Required

+ Bachelors Degree Preferred

**Work Experience Requirements:**

+ 5 – 8 years of work-related experience required.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:**

+ Ability to collaborate with the product team to solve business problems.

+ Knowledge of industry tools like Adobe, Invision, Miro.

+ Ability to create user flows, personas, and information architecture.

+ Possess an analytical mind with business acumen.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
