Application Architect Application Automation

**CTG is seeking to fill an Application Architect – Application Automation opening for our client in Lisle, IL.**

**Location:** Remote

**Duration:** 6 months

**Duties:**

+ Design and implement business process management solutions using the PEGA platform.

+ Translate business requirements into functional PEGA applications.

+ Develop workflows, rules, and integrations that align with business needs.

+ Ensure developed solutions are robust, scalable, and maintainable.

+ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

+ Prepare detailed technical specifications and oversee development efforts.

+ Lead and mentor development teams in the successful delivery of PEGA applications.

+ Optimize system performance and ensure architectural alignment with business goals.

**Skills:**

+ Strong expertise in PEGA PRPC and PEGA solution frameworks.

+ Proficiency in designing business process workflows and integration strategies.

+ In-depth understanding of application architecture, automation, and system optimization.

+ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design scalable technical solutions.

+ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

**Experience:**

+ Significant hands-on experience in developing and architecting PEGA-based solutions.

+ Demonstrated success in leading technical teams through the full software development lifecycle.

+ Previous experience working with business stakeholders to deliver automation solutions.

**Education:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

+ PEGA certifications (such as CSA, CSSA, or LSA) are highly desirable.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $60.00/hour to $70.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
