Production Worker

The Advance Group is proud to partner with a prominent metal recycling company in Trenton, MI. We are currently seeking motivated Production Workers to be part of our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
As a Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in the metal recycling process. Your key responsibilities will include:

Picking and sorting scrap metal materials.
Occasional heavy lifting, as needed.
Operating machines and ensuring they are cleaned and maintained.
Operating forklifts safely and efficiently.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Availability for overtime during the week.
Must be willing to work both 1st and 2nd shift as needed

Hours:

1st Shift Monday to Friday, 7am-3:30pm
2nd Shift Monday to Friday, 3:00pm-12:00am

Compensation and Benefits:

Starting wage of $16/hr to $16.50/hr depending on shift
Opportunity for a pay increase upon being hired in.
