**Sales Associate Job Description**
This four- to eight-month program is designed to provide experienced professionals with the knowledge, skills, and hands-on exposure necessary to excel within UKG’s Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. Working as part of a team cohort and on group projects, Sales Associates will gain exposure to multiple disciplines of the GTM organization through rotational experiences. Associates will hone their craft by engaging in both real-life and role play scenarios.
Experienced gained includes but is not limited to: Human Capital Management Industry expertise, competitive intelligence, product knowledge, presentation skills, discovery skills, sales best practices, customer profiling, active listening, value assessment, proposals, sales and marketing tools/technology, and cultural awareness.
**Responsibilities will include:**
+ Successfully complete onsite trainings (Mandel Training and Business Presentation Skills) and virtual trainings on a variety of topics relevant to your GTM track.
+ Complete rotations across different GTM functions.
+ Participate in mentorship, including shadowing your calls and working with mentors to further develop your sales skillsets.
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ 3 to 5 years’ experience in a professional sales, business development, or a customer-facing role is required.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
+ A quick learner with new software or computer applications.
+ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage and connect with internal and external partners.
+ Prior experience with BDR or quota-carrying roles is desirable.
**Travel Requirements:**
+ There is a requirement to spend the first week of the program in one of our corporate offices for orientation, onboarding, and training.
+ There will be at least one additional onsite mandatory training. Virtual attendance is not available.
+ There may be other opportunities for travel to company-sponsored GTM events.

The pay range for this position is $21.97 to $41.25/hour however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
