You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine mobile and foot patrols, stay visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. **Pay Rate: $18.31 / Hour**

Wed11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Thur11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

**What You'll Do:**

+ Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.

+ Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed by site policies, and report security-related concerns, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations observed during assigned duties.

+ Complete routine logs, incident reports, and shift activity reports, and support assigned post orders for a dynamic industrial environment where conditions may vary by location.

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
