Are you an experienced manufacturing operator who enjoys running equipment, solving problems, and keeping production moving?

We're looking for Machine Operators to join our Thomaston manufacturing team. In this role, you'll operate high-speed production equipment, monitor product quality, troubleshoot issues, perform changeovers, and help drive safe and efficient operations.

This position is ideal for candidates with experience operating automated manufacturing equipment in industries such as plastics, printing, packaging, textiles, food production, paper converting, injection molding, extrusion, or other continuous manufacturing environments.

$21.45+/hr depending on experience + $2/hr shift premium for overnights

Shift Availability:

+ 7:45pm- 8am on a 2-2-3 schedule with every other weekend off.

What You'll Do:

+ Operate and monitor high-speed manufacturing equipment

+ Perform machine setups, adjustments, and product changeovers

+ Identify and troubleshoot equipment or process issues

+ Conduct quality checks and ensure products meet specifications

+ Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures

+ Minimize downtime, waste, and production interruptions

+ Accurately complete production documentation

+ Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and production teams to maintain efficient operations

+ Ability to identify and resolve production issues

+ Strong attention to quality and detail

+ Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

+ Stable work history and reliable attendance

+ Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed
