+ 12+ years of related experience

+ Experience in developing merchandising plans and strategies.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to collaborate across functions and manage timelines.

+ Proficiency in merchandising software and reporting tools.

**Desirable Requirements**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business; certification in merchandising tools.
