**Responsibilities**

**You will:**

+ Rack, stack, install, configure, decommission, and replace servers, storage systems, and network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls).

+ Perform hardware diagnostics and component-level replacements (drives, memory, power supplies, NICs).

+ Ensure equipment is installed according to data center standards and best practices.

+ Diagnose and resolve hardware, operating system, application, and network connectivity issues.

+ Maintain accurate asset inventory records and system documentation.

**Essential Requirements**

+ Strong understanding of server, storage, and networking hardware.

+ Familiarity with operating systems, basic networking concepts, and troubleshooting methodologies.

+ Experience working in data center or mission-critical environments preferred.

+ Minimum 5 years’ experience working in data centers

**Desirable Requirements**

+ Familiarity with DCIM tools, ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow), and monitoring platforms

+ Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+/Network+, vendor hardware certifications)
