**What You'll Do:**

+ Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a financial services location.

+ Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts when needed.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, lobby areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

+ Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials in accordance with site protocols, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations.

+ Support daily operations by completing incident reports, maintaining accurate activity logs, and assisting with directions, escorts, and other customer service-related needs as appropriate.

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
