Job Summary

**As a Credit Support Analyst in Commercial Solutions, you** coordinate the tasks, documentation, and due diligence needed to close complex commercial loan facilities for automobile dealer clients. You partner with internal stakeholders and third parties to ensure each transaction is documented accurately, meets approval terms, and closes on schedule.

Job Responsibilities

+ Serve as the primary liaison on loan transactions, coordinating all tasks required to document and close approved loans

+ Collect, organize, and validate due diligence materials, including entity and collateral documentation

+ Review credit approvals and confirm closing conditions, terms, and required deliverables are satisfied

+ Coordinate preparation of loan documentation for new, renewal, and modification transactions

+ Identify, assess, and manage third-party vendor and documentation risks throughout the closing process

+ Review entity and organizational documentation and verify good standing, including Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) searches as needed

+ Order, obtain, and review title work, surveys, appraisals, environmental reports, flood determinations, and insurance documentation as required by structure

+ Evaluate received reports and information to confirm collateral position and compliance with approval terms

+ Communicate status, issues, and resolutions clearly with stakeholders to keep transactions moving

+ Maintain accurate files, tracking, and controls to support a high-quality, audit-ready closing process

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

+ Knowledge of commercial loan products and the end-to-end business lending process (origination through closing)

+ Experience coordinating due diligence and documentation for complex commercial loan transactions

+ Working knowledge of laws and regulations impacting due diligence, real estate lending, and collateral perfection

+ Experience reviewing commercial loan documentation and identifying gaps against approval terms

+ Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple concurrent transactions in a high-volume environment

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proactive issue identification and escalation

+ Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with sound judgment

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

+ Degree, paralegal training, or equivalent relevant work experience

+ At least **1 year** of experience supporting compliance-related closing requirements, including flood insurance requirements

+ Experience supporting automobile dealer finance transactions (e.g., floorplan and related facilities)

+ Experience with commercial real estate title work, surveys, construction lending, and related documentation
