**_MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE_**

+ This position works out of **Temecula, CA** .

+ The **Industrial Engineer/BEx Project Coordinator** manages all aspects of a large scale and complex process improvement projects, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget.

**_WHAT YOU'LL DO_**

+ Responsible for organizing, implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of AN value stream improvement programs and identification of process improvement projects within a value stream.

+ Leads and manages multiple continuous improvement projects (Lean six-sigma) and Kaizen events.

+ Identify, develop, and gather necessary resources to complete projects. Liaise with other areas in the organization to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project.

+ Design, communicate, and implement a project plan for completing a project; Monitor progress and performance against the project plan.

+ Conduct project meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team.

+ Coach and mentor project staff and assist them to solve problems.

+ Provides ongoing coaching and mentoring to Sponsors, BB/GB candidates on proper use of tools and improvement processes.

+ Facilitates workshops and kaizen events for complex initiatives and projects

+ Identify and, if needed, design value stream and project metrics and key performance indicators (qualitative and quantitative) to measure improvement success.

**_QUALIFICATIONS_**

**_Education_**

+ Bachelors Degree (± 16 years)

**_Experience/Background_**

+ Minimum 5 years in a related field.

The base pay for this position is $113,300.00 – $226,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
