**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT**

The **Release Train Engineer (RTE) – MID** will support **future** Defense & Intelligence Programs in **Tampa, FL** . **This role has an anticipated start date of late May 2026.**

**JOB DUTIES** (INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO)

+ Serve as a servant leader and Agile facilitator for the Agile Release Train (ART).

+ Coordinate ART events, ceremonies, and processes to support value delivery and cross-team collaboration.

+ Track execution, manage risks, and support continuous improvement activities across teams.

**REQUIRED SKILLS:**

+ Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.

+ Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and guiding teams through delivery processes.

+ Ability to manage risks, resolve impediments, and support multi-team collaboration effectively.

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED**

+ **Clearance:** Current DoW TS/SCI Clearance required.

+ **Experience:** 5+ years of experience in Agile environments, Agile facilitation, or related roles.

+ **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

+ **Certifications:** Scrum Master and SAFe certifications required.

+ **Role requirements:** Onsite 5 days

+ **Due to US Government Contract Requirements, only US Citizens are eligible for this role**

The likely salary range for this position is $120,847 - $163,499. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
