Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 5 years of experience in program management.
+ Experience with Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) technologies.
Preferred qualifications:
+ 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
+ Experience triaging technical challenges and issues, with knowledge of the impact of technical decisions.

As the Technical Program Manager, you will help shape the future of how Google will manage and maintain key pieces of infrastructure. This will include partnering and collaborating with internal teams, developing and building relationships with customers in multiple product areas spread across Google.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. + Collaborate with product and infrastructure teams to develop product requirements, roadmaps, engineering projects, and milestones.
+ Identify challenges, and develop technical solutions and plans for resolution.
+ Organize plans for engineering teams into clear deliverables, milestones, timelines, and internal roadmaps.
+ Develop communication channels to keep business stakeholders informed of progress, priority changes, timelines, etc.
+ Manage project risks, escalate situations where work remains ambiguous or the impact on the business is unclear, ensuring timely resolution and alignment with business objectives.
