Join the Apple Online Store Engineering team as a Frontend Engineer to help shape the future of Apple’s e-commerce platform. You will be responsible for building and maintaining high-performance web applications, delivering exceptional customer experiences across devices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring innovative designs to life.





**Description**

Build and maintain high-performance, responsive web applications for Apple’s global online store.
Partner with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver production-quality customer experiences.
Develop clean, reusable, and maintainable frontend code using JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks such as React.
Optimize performance, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
Integrate frontend applications with REST, GraphQL, and backend services.
Contribute to frontend architecture, shared components, testing, and engineering best practices.
Evaluate new web technologies and help evolve scalable frontend solutions.

**Minimum Qualifications**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.

+ 4+ years of frontend development experience building consumer-facing applications.

+ Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

+ Experience with React, Vue.js, or Angular.

+ Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, browser behavior, and web performance.

+ Experience integrating with APIs and working with Git, build tools, and CI/CD.

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Experience with React, TypeScript, or Next.js

+ Familiarity with GraphQL, automated testing, and design systems.

+ Experience optimizing Core Web Vitals and browser rendering performance.

+ Experience building high-traffic, global, or e-commerce applications.

+ Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating polished customer experiences.
