**Summary**

IS&T Business Planning is an exciting & dynamic organization working with customers in Apple’s Lines of Business and IS&T teams across the globe. This is a hands-on position where you will be involved in requirements analysis, functional and technical design discussions, testing, proof-of concept, working with partners, and more.

**Description**

**Minimum Qualifications**

+ 7+ years experience in business process design and functional systems design

+ Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively facilitate meetings with team members as well as partners across multiple functions in an organization

+ Outstanding analytical skills and experience in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting key business and financial data

+ Polished project management skills, with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

+ Ability to translate problem statements into actionable functional and technical design requirements

+ Experience managing relationships and working cross-functionally across large global organizations

+ Relentless focus on details, accuracy, and quality

+ Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Experience with Program / Project Management applications such as Clarity

+ Influencer that knows how to connect the dots at the project, team, and organizational levels

+ Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

+ Self-starter who is comfortable working independently in a fast paced, changing environment

+ Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure and effectively manage time and workload, while demonstrating Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities
