**Pay Rate: $19.29 / Hour**

Sat04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Sun04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

**What You'll Do:**

+ Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns according to site protocols.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.

+ Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials as required, and communicate with site contacts regarding deliveries, visitor access, and/or escalated issues.

+ Support day-to-day operations by completing assigned reports, maintaining awareness of site activity, and following Allied Universal standards and client-directed post orders.

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ A guard card or license is preferred.

+ Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
