Program Manager- Fielding/Deprocessing

How does it feel to work on a team driven to make a big impact? Empowering. Our Combat Mission Systems business is hiring a Program Manager for our Fielding/Deprocessing area.

**Responsibilities will Include:**

+ Lead for all post dd250 activities on the AMPV program. This will include (but not limited to) deprocessing, retro fits, STS Work Directives and fielding activities.

+ Supervise the initiation, organization, planning, capture of work, management of change and close out of assigned programs according to the company's processes.

+ Oversees the development and establishment of procedures and guidelines for daily operations and directs initial preparation, execution and revision of the program plans.

+ Establishes, maintains, and promotes good customer relationships. Ensures the coordination of work tasks with customer representatives and ensures tasks are within scope, schedule and cost.

+ Directs the work activities of employees assigned and is responsible for support selection, counseling, training, development, and evaluation of the team members.

+ This position will be expected to handle other programmatic duties as assigned.

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**

+ Typically, a bachelor's degree and 10 years work experience or equivalent experience

+ Analytical thought needed to resolve issues in a variety of complex situations, without supervision.

+ Developed communication skills to exchange complex information.

+ Demonstrated ability to manage interpersonal relations and conflicts.

+ Demonstrated leadership skills in development of project proposals, with the ability to work across functional boundaries and build teams.

**Pay Information**

Full-Time Salary Range: $115100 - $195700

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
