Bradley Production Program Manager

**Job Description**

BAE Systems is hiring a Program Manager (PM) to support our Combat Mission Systems (CMS) business.

The Program Manager will be responsible for managing and delivering scope on our Bradley Production program(s).

Location/Schedule/Travel:

+ This position will be based in York, Pennsylvania.

+ This is a Hybrid role where you will work onsite on average 3 days a week and remote 2 days a week, based on business needs.

+ This position will involve 25% of travel, based on business needs.

Responsibilities:

+ Support program organization, planning, program management, and change management according to BAE life cycle management (LCM) processes

+ Support program management including, requirements management, schedule estimating, cost estimating, earned value management, and risk and opportunity Management

+ Focus on material/parts management for the Bradley Production Program.

+ Focus on establishing production impacts and developing a plan for missing/late parts utilizing a matrixed team (supply chain, quality, operations, engineering, field service, and contracts)

+ Communicate production impacts to USG due to late and/or missing parts

+ Engage cross-functional teams to understand program requirements and deliver all required products on time while minimizing duplicate and overlapping activities

+ Proactively plan for activities on current and future contracts

+ Make timely decisions with sound judgment while complying with policies and procedures

+ Meet financial commitments for orders, sales, profit, and cash flow

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**

+ Bachelor s Degree and 6 years experience in Program Management with the ability to manage coordinate, plan, organize, control, integrate, and execute a project or collection of projects or equivalent education/experience

+ Demonstrated ability to engage cross-functional teams to understand multiple product structures to develop strategies for planning and executing the work to minimize duplicate/overlapping activities.

+ Demonstrated ability to work with personnel in the following areas to plan and execute programs: contracts, engineering, finance, facilities, logistics, material planning, supply chain, quality and USG agencies including DCMA and TACOM.

+ Knowledge of Program/Project Management methodologies, toolsets, process, and governance

+ Ability to operate independently and proactively

+ Customer focus and relationship building skills

+ Strong communication skills, written and verbal

+ Highly effective critical thinking skills

**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**

+ MBA and PMI certified preferred

+ Ability to creatively problem-solve and implement lessons learned

+ Knowledge of Government Procurement System

+ Experience in Program Controls, Performance Management, KPIs, and Metrics

+ Experience in USG/Army acquisition, planning, budgeting, and requirements

+ Understanding of USG acquisition, planning, and budgeting processes

+ Understanding of USG requirements process

**Pay Information**

Full-Time Salary Range: $105254 - $178931

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
