SAP Edge - Offering Lead

We Are

Accenture EDGE is a purpose-built mid-market SAP practice within Accenture, targeting companies with $300M–$3B in annual revenue. We combine Accenture's global reach and alliance depth with the speed, focus, and packaged delivery models of a specialized boutique. Our SAP practice is built on a PS-to-AMS flywheel, fixed-price ADVANCE offering tiers, and a co-sell motion with SAP that makes us a differentiated partner in the mid-market segment.

There is never a typical day at Accenture EDGE, but that's why we love it here. This is an extraordinary opportunity to shape how a high-growth SAP practice goes to market — defining offerings, deepening our SAP alliance, and driving pipeline through joint co-sell execution with one of the world's leading technology ecosystems.

The Work

The SAP Offering Lead owns the end-to-end offering lifecycle for Accenture EDGE's SAP portfolio — from strategy and investment prioritization through commercialization, alliance activation, and market adoption. This is a GTM-forward leadership role (Senior Manager) that requires deep SAP alliance experience, strong partner sales instincts, and the ability to build and execute joint go-to-market motions with SAP field and alliance teams.

You will operate as the primary interface between Accenture EDGE and SAP's alliance, channel, and field sales organizations — co-developing pipeline, shaping joint messaging, and influencing how EDGE offerings are positioned within SAP's partner ecosystem. You will also align internally with Accenture Business Groups, Industry Groups, and Geographies to ensure consistent, differentiated SAP offering narratives at scale.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Offering Strategy & Commercialization

+ Own the end-to-end lifecycle development of EDGE SAP offerings from definition through packaging, pricing, and sales motion design.

+ Drive commercialization strategy including market segmentation, competitive differentiation, and offering positioning for the mid-market ($300M–$3B ARR) SAP buyer.

+ Act as executive sponsor and offering SME for priority pursuits, flagship client engagements, and SAP co-sell opportunities.

+ Contribute to overall EDGE practice strategy as a GTM leader, shaping offering evolution in line with SAP roadmap priorities (S/4HANA migration, Joule/AI, Business Data Cloud, RISE/GROW).

SAP Alliance & Partner Sales

+ Serve as Accenture EDGE's primary counterpart to SAP's Americas alliance, partner sales, and field marketing teams — owning the day-to-day operating relationship.

+ Shape and execute joint SAP–EDGE go-to-market plans including co-sell campaigns, pipeline commitments, market unit alignment, and QBR content.

+ Influence SAP's partner program priorities, MDF/co-investment allocation, and co-marketing initiatives to benefit EDGE pipeline and brand visibility.

+ Drive SAP software resell targets and co-sell revenue through structured alliance motions, coordinating with EDGE Market Leads across East & Canada, South, Midwest, and West.

+ Build and maintain executive relationships with SAP Americas leadership, including field VPs, Alliance Directors, and industry/solution GTM leads.

Go-to-Market & Pipeline Generation

+ Partner with EDGE GTM Lead, Market Leads, and Account Executives to generate qualified pipeline through joint SAP alliance programs, events, and targeted outbound campaigns.

+ Develop compelling, buyer-centric offering narratives, pitch materials, and sales plays that resonate with mid-market CFOs, CIOs, and VP/Director-level SAP stakeholders.

+ Design and execute one-to-many sales and marketing programs — SAP events, webinars, roadshows, and hosted executive briefings — that drive awareness and pipeline for EDGE offerings.

+ Support RFP/RFI responses and pursuit strategy for strategic SAP opportunities, providing offering expertise and GTM context to solution and delivery teams.

Federated Leadership & Governance

+ Establish governance, operating cadence, and decision rights for offering development and alliance execution across EDGE Americas.

+ Ensure integrated, end-to-end offering solutions and consistent market messaging across Sales, Delivery, and AMS communities.

+ Drive enablement across sales, solutioning, and client-facing teams — equipping AEs, BDRs, and Market Leads with the tools, training, and content to sell EDGE SAP offerings effectively.

Asset Development & Market Enablement

+ Oversee development of reusable sales assets, offering collateral, partner battle cards, and enablement materials in partnership with EDGE Marketing and Delivery leads.

+ Ensure offerings are market-ready, competitively differentiated, and supported by scalable delivery models that SAP field teams can confidently co-sell.

+ Track and report on offering performance metrics — pipeline influenced, bookings, win rates, and SAP co-sell attribution — to EDGE Americas and global leadership.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 25% to 75% depending on business need, SAP alliance commitments, and client requirements.

Here's What You Need:

+ Minimum of 4 years of experience working in or alongside the SAP partner/alliance ecosystem, with direct exposure to SAP's field sales, channel programs, or partner GTM motions.

+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise applications offering management, product marketing, alliance management, or partner sales — at a major SI, ISV, or within SAP itself.

+ Minimum 5 years of demonstrated ability to build and execute joint go-to-market programs with SAP, including co-sell campaigns, MDF utilization, and pipeline generation through SAP field alignment.

+ Minimum of 8 years of experience developing and commercializing packaged SAP offerings, including pricing strategies, sales plays, and mid-market positioning.

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Professional Skills Requirement

+ Strong executive presence with the ability to credibly engage SAP Alliance Directors, field VPs, and C-level client stakeholders.

Bonus Points if You Have:

+ Experience with SAP RISE, GROW with SAP, or SAP Business Data Cloud go-to-market programs and commercial models.

+ Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA migration business case development and how to position migration urgency to mid-market ECC customers.

+ Background in Accenture or a top-tier SAP SI, with knowledge of how alliance-originated pipeline is managed and attributed.

+ Experience with SAP Joule, AI adoption offerings, or Business Technology Platform (BTP) commercialization.

+ Knowledge of SAP's partner certification and authorization framework (PartnerEdge, specializations, co-sell requirements).
