We're looking for aProject Assistantto support our team withpricing, logistics coordination, and project tracking—especially for exciting large-scale projects likewind energy initiatives. You'll play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Be Doing (Your Impact)

You'll help keep projects on track, organized, and successful:

Project Support & Coordination

+ Assist Project Managers withRFQs (Requests for Quotation)

+ Maintainproject spreadsheets, logs, and activity tracking

+ Track loads frompickup to deliveryto ensure timelines are met

Pricing & Data Entry

+ Enter loads, pricing quotes, and project data intodatabase for processing

+ Help preparecompetitive pricing bids and proposals

+ Analyze numbers to support pricing accuracy

Logistics & Operations

+ Supportroute planning, permitting, and survey requests

+ Help create and organizesurvey reports

+ Track and documentdetention charges and project activity

Communication & Customer Service

+ Coordinate withcustomers, vendors, internal teams, and agencies

+ Provide friendly, responsivecustomer support

+ Keep everyone informed and projects running smoothly

Administrative Support

+ Prepare documents, reports, and presentations

+ Conduct research and keep project filesorganized and up to date

What You Bring

Education & Experience

+ Associate's degree inBusiness or Administrative Supportpreferred

+ 1–2 years oftransportation, logistics, or administrative experiencepreferred

+ Experience withheavy haul or over-dimensional loadsis a bonus

Skills & Tools

+ Proficiency inMicrosoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

+ Highly organized and great atmulti-tasking

+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy

+ Excellent communicator (written & verbal)

+ Self-starter who works wellindependentlyand on a team

+ Customer-focused mindset

Compensation:

+ The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is between $22.50 - $25.00. Hourly pay rate offered is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location as compared to others doing substantially similar work.
