**Job Title:** Print Production Level 2

**Location:** Springfield, OH

**Job Type:** Hourly Consultant

**Hours:** 7:00am – 3:30pm

**Pay:** $22.46/hr

**Essential Functions:**

• Deliver intermediate customer requirements for document assembly and finishing

• Perform routine and defined tasks

• Lift up to 50 pounds as needed

• Serve as point of contact to receive, review, and log customer jobs electronically

• Operate finishing equipment such as paper cutters, inserters, laminators, and hole punchers

• Use office/production equipment (printer, copier, fax, scanner)

• Apply asset tags and update asset databases

• Coordinate moves, additions, and changes to office equipment

• Clean and maintain office equipment

• Process/distribute faxes and log for billing

• Use a PC to process basic forms and update information

• Wrap, pack, label, and ship completed jobs

• Collect and submit meter reads

• Maintain and distribute supply inventory

• Troubleshoot to meet production and delivery deadlines

• Conduct quality checks before, during, and after production

• Scan and sort hardcopy materials for printing or digital archiving

• Use specific PC applications to respond to print/copy equipment issues

• Operate high-volume printers and copiers

• Estimate, schedule, and track production jobs

• Backup and store jobs for reuse per customer requirements

• Inspect files for quality (e.g., fonts, image resolution, image registration)

• Index digital files to media formats such as CD-ROM, disk, or tape

• Integrate variable data into templates for printing

• Convert files using standard software

• Perform operator maintenance on equipment

• Maintain production and billing logs

• Provide minimal training to end-users

• Develop work processes or templates as needed

• Operate high-volume folding and mail inserting equipment

**Skills:**

• Proficient with PC use including keyboard, mouse, and navigating drives/files

• Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills

+ Create spreadsheets, use formulas, sort/filter data, generate graphs

+ Import/export files and embed documents between programs• Competent in using email and web browsers• Basic math skills: division, multiplication, percentages• Professionalism and maturity in business interactions• Comfortable with printer setup and connectivity in a networked environment• Basic knowledge of web-based reporting and Excel for documentation

**Experience:**

• Minimum of 1 year in a Customer Service environment

**Education:**

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Post-high school technical training or relevant experience preferred

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
