As a **Security Guard Armed Patrol Driver** in **Spring, TX** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer in a retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and interact with customers and staff with professionalism. **What You'll Do:**

+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a retail location.

+ Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including situations that may require an armed presence.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.

+ Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to observe and report suspicious behavior, support loss prevention efforts, and/or document security-related concerns.

+ Interact with shoppers, store personnel, and first responders as needed, while preparing accurate reports on incidents, patrol activity, and/or notable conditions.

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ Be at least 21 years of age.

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ A Level III Armed Certification is required in Texas only.

+ Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
