The Advance Group is hiring a Property Maintenance Technician in Southgate, MI. This full-time role supports multiple residential, commercial, and industrial properties, with occasional travel to Wixom and Bloomfield Township.

Job Responsibilities

Perform general building and property maintenance, including cleaning and grounds upkeep
Complete carpentry repairs and painting (walls, woodwork, metal surfaces)
Handle basic electrical maintenance (light fixtures, ballasts, fuses, breaker resets)
Perform plumbing repairs (leaks, valves, faucets, toilets)
Conduct general repairs (concrete/asphalt patching, signage installation, ceiling tile replacement)
