Customer Service Associate

Accommodates members and guest with special needs as they enter and leave the center. Provides service and information to members and quests regarding membership and fees. Gives prospective members a tour of facility. Registers participants for various center programs, services and classes. Collects guest fees. Process cash, check and card transactions. Schedules appointments. Qualifications: High School graduate required. CPR/AED certification required. Knowledge and experience with the use of computers preferred. Customer service background preferred.
