**Your Role on Our Team:**

+ Deliver compassionate, individualized behavioral support to individuals across assigned programs and services.

+ Conduct comprehensive assessments, behavioral consultations, monitoring, and training to address complex and challenging behaviors.

+ Supporting skill acquisition and pro-social behavior through implementation of positive behavior support plans and positive behavior interventions and supports (PBIS)

+ Integration within an interdisciplinary team to develop and support meaningful Individual Support Plan (ISP) goals and outcomes.

+ Mentor and supervise Master and Bachelor level Behavior Specialists and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring high-quality therapeutic interventions and clinical consistency.

+ Provide limited after-hours support through phone consultation for assigned programs as part of a shared on-call structure.

+ Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and NJ licensure required

+ Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

**Qualifications**

**You'd make a great BCBA if you have:**

+ Masters degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education or related field

+ Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

+ One year experience working with IDD population.

+ Prior experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and developing Positive Behavior Support Plans

+ Comprehensive knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis
