**Job Description:**
+ Notifies Managed Care and other departments of changes to provider status, including termination, location moves, or additional locations.
+ Maintains internal tracking documents to monitor the progress of onboarding providers.
+ Ensures compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
+ Facilitates smooth integration of providers into the healthcare system.
+ Manages and prioritizes various projects related to credentialing and renewals.
+ Provides concise and relevant information to senior leadership regarding credentialing status.
+ Develops and implements improvements for the credentialing process to enhance efficiency.
+ Processes Medical Staff Office, Managed Care, and Risk applications and renewals efficiently.
+ Issues application packets and gathers all required information, licenses, certificates, and verifications.
+ Completes the application process and obtains approval from relevant entities.
+ Performs recredentialing and renewal for employed and contracted providers according to policies and deadlines.
+ Communicates effectively with relevant parties throughout the credentialing process.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**
+ Strong organizational skills
+ Ability to work with people of various backgrounds and professional levels
+ Intermediate level computer skills such as Microsoft Word and Excel, Outlook
+ Ability to work independently and prioritize projects
+ Excellent and timely communication skills, both oral and written to ensure required submittal deadlines are attained.
+ Understanding of credentialing principles and regulatory requirements
**Education:**
+ Bachelor's business or Healthcare administration [Required]
+ Master's [Preferred]
**Work Experience:**
+ 2+ experience in revenue cycle or healthcare operations [Preferred]
+ 3+ professional administrative experience in a healthcare setting [Required]

**Pay Range:**
$58,034.04 - $107,947.48
