**Summary**
When the App Store was first introduced it launched a cultural and economic phenomenon that changed the way people live, work and play. These engineers continue to innovate the platform, now home to over 1.5 million apps and billions of users, to scale the service and help customers find the apps they love.
**Description**
The App Store team is looking for top-tier UI engineers to build features that help developers showcase apps for customers to discover. Members of the team have the opportunity to work multi-functionally with design, product, OS and services engineering teams to deliver the App Store experience across all of Apple’s platforms.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ 1. In-depth iOS Development: Demonstrated experience (4+ years) in developing applications and user interfaces with Swift or Objective-C.
+ 2. OOP and Design Skills: Solid foundation in object-oriented programming and design.
+ 3. Problem Solving: Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
+ 4. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, thriving in a team-oriented environment.
+ 5. Continuous Learning: Passion for learning new skills and taking on new challenges.
+ 6. Attention to Detail: Sharp eye for detail to ensure top-notch deliverables.
+ 7. Requirement Investigation: Proactive in investigating and understanding project requirements independently.
+ 8. Team Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate with multi-functional teams, managing expectations, and delivering outstanding work on time.
+ 9. BS in computer science or equivalent work experience
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ 1. Advanced iOS Frameworks: Hands-on experience with advanced iOS frameworks such as UIKit, SwiftUI, AVKit/Foundation and Core Graphics.
+ 2. Performance Optimization: In-depth knowledge of performance optimization techniques for native client applications.
+ 3. API Integration: Expertise in integrating backend APIs and services.
+ 4. UI/UX Design: Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and experience working closely with design teams.
+ 5. Mentorship: Experience in mentoring junior developers and taking a lead on cross-functional technical projects.
+ 6. Familiarity with JavaScript development technologies—JavaScript, Typescript, AJAX, Node, etc
