In this role, you will act as a senior thought partner and high‑impact individual contributor, shaping how replenishment decisions are made across the beverage portfolio. You’ll bring strong analytical rigor and business judgment to stabilize fast‑moving categories, support innovation launches, and guide product transitions—balancing availability, waste, and financial performance. With a high degree of ownership, you’ll proactively surface risk, influence cross‑functional decisions, and help raise the bar for replenishment planning excellence and execution across the team

**_As a_** **senior, Replenishment planner,** **_you will…_**

+ Identify opportunities to improve store sales through data‑driven inventory analysis, recommending **store‑focused replenishment strategies** that ensure high availability during innovation launches and core business cycles across Refreshers, Blended, and Alt‑Dairy platforms.

+ Design and execute inventory strategies that balance innovation support with **low‑waste objectives** , proactively managing product transitions and volume shifts to meet store sales and financial targets while minimizing write‑offs and excess exposure.

+ Contribute to strategic planning and innovation by leading process improvements and adopting new technologies, ensuring initiatives are executed efficiently and aligned with network capacity and operational needs as platforms scale.

+ Rapidly ramp into complex planning scenarios and act as a high‑impact individual contributor, strengthening team capability by sharing expertise, coaching peers, and driving consistent execution through periods of change and elevated risk across categories and functions.

**Summary of Experience**

Progressive supply chain planning experience - 5 years

+ **Proven senior‑level supply chain and replenishment expertise** , with progressive experience developing and executing inventory strategies that stabilize complex, high‑velocity categories (preferably beverages) and balance availability, waste, and financial outcomes.

+ **Advanced analytical toolkit** with strong working knowledge of inventory, replenishment, and allocation systems; ability to use data to diagnose issues, anticipate risk, evaluate trade‑offs, and influence decisions across stakeholders.

+ **Strategic and execution‑focused mindset** , capable of translating business objectives into actionable plans, pressure‑testing assumptions, and owning outcomes through ambiguity and change.

+ **Strong cross‑functional influencer and partner** , able to communicate clearly, listen effectively, and operate as a trusted thought partner and informal “second in command” in driving stability and decision quality.

+ **Customer‑ and results‑oriented leader** , who understands what drives store and customer experience, prioritizes the right work, and proactively mitigates obstacles to deliver consistent, high‑quality outcomes.

+ **Continuous improvement orientation** , with experience leading process improvements, adopting new tools and technologies, and applying disciplined project management to complex initiatives.

+ **Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field** , or equivalent experience.

*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
