THE TEAM

The Enterprise Digital Ticketing team builds the tools that live event organizers around the world use to fill their venues with more and more satisfied fans , with ever-increasing ease. We are inventing the future of live without lines. Our team sits within the broader Enterprise organization, which is responsible for all client facing applications that Ticketmaster clients use to build, manage, market, and optimize the revenue of their events.

THE JOB

As Product Manager on Ticketmaster’s Enterprise Digital Ticketing team, you will play a pivotal role in the de sign and development of new line of bulk inventory distribution tools for live event organizers around the world , providing life - changing and market-disrupting digital alternatives to printing and snail-mailing paper tickets for a diverse range of ‘back office’ use cases . Your prime imperative will be to empower Ticketma s ter clients to fill their venues with ever increasing innovation, ease, profitability, and BI gain . In this role, you will research and synthesize customer requirements and business objectives into an actionable product roadmap that builds on our platform product vision, rallies the support of stakeholders, inspires the creativity and confidence of your development team, and evokes a running bear hug from clients at thousands of iconic venues around the world.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

+ Perform business analysis, competitive research and client interviews to understand the needs, concerns and aspirations of Ticketmaster’s enterprise clients and their inventory distribution partners

+ Distill business requirements into clear, actionable and well-prioritized epics, user stories, wireframes and other development artifacts needed by design and engineering

+ Improve and execute on the roadmap for our bulk inventory distribution toolset

+ Work with your team to develop and maintain a project-specific prioritization framework to systematize collaborative bandwidth allocation decisions and contribute to the ever-increasing velocity of your team

+ Triage incoming issues and feature requests. Monitor and contribute to the swift resolution of major incidents involving your products/features.

+ Perform User Acceptance tests prior to release to ensure that customer and business needs are being satisfied throughout the product lifecycle

+ Analyze and report on the performance of features in production, reflecting on successes and identifying areas for continuous improvement

+ Be the internal and external champion and subject matter expert for your products and their associated features, communicating your team’s status and roadmap to stakeholders and customers

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

+ 2 + years of relevant software development experience in a product owner , business analyst or product operations role .

+ Expertise using or building B2B, eCommerce, SaaS or Enterprise design solutions

+ Experience improving user experiences and advocating for change

+ Excellent presentation, interpersonal and written communication skills in English .

+ Ability and willingness to work with geographically distributed teams is highly desired

+ Solid quantitative data analysis, critical thinking skills, and an ability to spot trends and derive a strategy from raw data

+ Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced , agile development environment

+ Highly empathetic with ability to collaborate across a diverse group of technical and non-technical stakeholders to simplify concepts and identify highest value targets

+ Knowledge of agile software development practices

+ Ability to travel up to 10 % (North America)

Assets:

+ Experience in ticketing, live events, event management, hospitality or related industries

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French

The expected compensation for this position in California is:

$101,000.00 USD - $127,000.00 USD

The expected compensation for this position in Washington is:
