Data Foundations Program Manager

**Summary:**

Meta Reality Labs is seeking a Program Manager to help create next generation inputs. Our research and product work lies at the intersection of computational neuroscience, machine learning, signal processing, statistics, biophysics, motor learning, perceptual psychophysics, and human-computer interaction. We’re looking for people who want to shape the future of this technology and are excited about joining our collaborative team.As a Program Manager focused on data collection, you'll manage the study intake processes, conduct/manage QA testing of experiments and monitor operations required to collect data. The ideal candidate is a highly organized individual with a passion for efficiency, process implementation, and internal customer experience.

**Required Skills:**

Data Foundations Program Manager Responsibilities:

1. Study Management: Collaborate with external vendors to manage participant onboarding, training, and offboarding processes.

2. Data Collection and Quality: Develop comprehensive training materials, validate experiments, review large datasets for quality issues, and provide feedback for improvement.

3. Participant Compliance and Safety: Ensure participant compliance, obtain informed consent, and maintain confidentiality of collected data.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Interact with cross-functional partners to provide essential feedback and insights, and collaborate with research review committees and institutional review boards (IRBs) to ensure compliance with regulations.

5. Staff Management and Risk Mitigation: Manage research assistant staff, including training and best practices development, and identify potential risks related to data collection and develop strategies for mitigation.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

6. 5+ years of project/program management experience

7. 2+ years experience in technical support (troubleshooting device hardware, connectivity to firmware)

8. 5+ years in data collection and/or data management

9. Experience making presentations

10. Experience interacting with employees at all levels, develop cooperative working partnerships and contribute to teams

11. Prioritizes and use available tools to be highly productive and manage high throughput of data

**Preferred Qualifications:**

12. Bachelor’s degree in life science such as Neuroscience, Biology, Master’s is a plus.

13. Prior experience in study schedule management and studies planning is beneficial

14. Experience working with research oriented teams in any of: EMG, Neuroscience, biomedical components and systems.

**Public Compensation:**

$94,000/year to $136,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
