The Supply Planning Rate Set Process Owner is responsible for driving the execution, optimization, and continuous improvement of the rate setting process within GE Aerospace’s supply planning operations. This position requires a high degree of influential leadership to align cross-functional teams, ensure process adherence, and deliver measurable improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC). The role will focus on enabling scalable solutions that support today’s services and readiness, tomorrow’s scaling of new engines and services, and future technology development.
Open to remote consideration in EST and CST states listed. If remote, will require travel 10-25% travel Evendale, OH.

**Key Responsibilities**
**Rate Setting Process Ownership**
+ Own the end-to-end rate setting process, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational requirements.
+ Develop and maintain robust rate setting methodologies that drive accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
+ Monitor and analyze rate setting performance metrics, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
+ Ensure compliance with regulatory and export control requirements while maintaining unyielding integrity.
**Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement**
+ Identify and eliminate waste within the rate setting process using lean principles, ensuring alignment with GE Aerospace's FLIGHT DECK operating model.
+ Lead initiatives to improve process efficiency, accuracy, and integration across supply planning systems.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new tools, capabilities, and best practices that enhance rate setting performance.
**Influential Leadership**
+ Act as a key influencer across cross-functional teams, including demand management, master scheduling, manufacturing, sourcing, and logistics, to ensure alignment and execution of rate setting processes.
+ Facilitate stakeholder engagement to drive consensus and resolve conflicts related to rate setting priorities and decisions.
+ Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, ensuring transparency and alignment on rate setting objectives and outcomes.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
+ Partner with demand management, master scheduling, manufacturing, sourcing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless integration of rate setting processes across the value stream.
+ Collaborate closely with customer teams to align rate setting outputs with customer requirements and delivery commitments.
+ Act as a liaison between business units and IT to optimize planning tools and systems that support rate setting processes.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of supply chain planning, operations, or process improvement experience) + minimum of 5 years supply chain planning, operations, or process improvement experience

The salary range for this position is $136,000 - 181,000 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive plan.
