As a supervisor, you will play a crucial role in our hospital's mission to serve as a community health service provider. Your collaboration with other area supervisors will be instrumental in achieving this goal. Additionally, as a supervisor, you'll:

+ Assist in implementing a team Quality Management Program consistent with the hospital-wide Performance Improvement Plan.

+ Ensure that the staff is well-trained in the services offered, playing a critical role in providing quality services, thereby contributing to our patients' well-being and our organization's success.

+ Address escalated issues or resolve team issues, including problem resolution related to customer complaints, concerns, and suggestions.

_This position would take two days in the office and three days of remote work._
