**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

+ Utilizes the nursing process to provide safe therapeutic care for patients Assessment, Planning, Implementation, Evaluation

+ Utilizes the nursing process to identify and meet educational and discharge needs of the patients.

+ Identifies changes in patient's condition and intervenes appropriately.Provides patient care for a given patient assignment, either as a primary caregiver or by delegating and supervising as a team leader.

+ Works collaboratively with physician. Reviews orders. Reports abnormal lab values and significant changes in patient findings.

+ Works collaboratively with patients and family to establish a plan of care, which would include an assessment of psychosocial needs.

+ Demonstrates knowledge and safe operation of equipment pertinent to patient care and unit management.

**Job Requirements**

**Required**

+ Minimum of six (6) months to one (1) year of work experience.

+ Registered Nurse: CA RN

+ Basic Life Support - CPR BLS, within 30 Days

+ Advanced Cardiac Life Support - ACLS, within 30 Days

+ Neonatal Resuscitation Program - NRP, within 30 Days

**Pay Range**

$51.57 - $76.96 /hour
