**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

Position Summary:

Upon referral provides professional Physical Therapy services including evaluations, planning individual patient care programs, and treatments. Demonstrates/uses current knowledge of principles and practices of Physical Therapy. Participates in job related departmental functions as an integral member of the patient care team.

**Job Requirements**

Required

+ Bachelors Other Physical Therapy and Minimum of one year experience as a physical therapist in physical disabilities setting, preferably in acute care or acute rehab; OR

+ Completion of six to nine months internship in an acute care or acute rehab.

+ Knowledge of physical therapy theory, treatment, and evaluation in areas of neurology is recommended, upon hire or

+ Masters Other Physical Therapy and Minimum of one year experience as a physical therapist in physical disabilities setting, preferably in acute care or acute rehab; OR

+ Completion of six to nine months internship in an acute care or acute rehab.

+ Knowledge of physical therapy theory, treatment, and evaluation in areas of neurology is recommended, upon hire or

+ Doctorate Of Science Physical Therapy and Minimum of one year experience as a physical therapist in physical disabilities setting, preferably in acute care or acute rehab; OR

+ Completion of six to nine months internship in an acute care or acute rehab.

+ Knowledge of physical therapy theory, treatment, and evaluation in areas of neurology is recommended, upon hire

+ Physical Therapist: CA, upon hire and

+ Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire

**Pay Range**

$68.56 - $79.51 /hour
