**Job Description**

The Head of Solutions and Services Category Planning and Launch for the Global Solutions and Services organization shapes and launches new business models where not only Silicon, but associated software and services are part of the solution. The leader is responsible for driving strategic analysis as well as execution.

This role brings together strategic, commercial business management, and Go to Market elements to execute the plan. This role comprises of strong working partnerships with a variety of cross-functional teams across Intel's business units and Sales and Marketing organization to ensure we are launching and selling innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

+ Help drive the vision, strategy, leadership, and overall success for the Intel's solutions and services portfolio.

+ Translate customer and market insights into outcome-based, solutions and services and update offering portfolio.

+ Provide leadership around Solutions and Services to other members of the Sales and Marketing team.

+ Collaborate with stakeholders across the Solutions and Services portfolio, including deploying and scaling the Solutions and Services.

+ Work across all functional areas, gathering inputs, updating plans and roadmaps, and communicating the impact of portfolio outcome to all stakeholders.

+ Identify new growth areas and service / solution opportunities for Intel.

A successful candidate requires:

+ Strategic mindset with ability to develop business plans with executable elements.

+ Strong understanding of diverse business functions including Product, Marketing, Finance, Channels and Go to Market.

+ Experience in Management Consulting and/or regional sales/product category roles.

+ Led strategic initiatives and projects, including executive office strategic discussions and the implementation of new business models.

+ Demonstrated ability to navigate a large corporate environment and collaborate to increase capabilities to provide customer centric solutions to our partners.

+ Demonstrated ability to create and launch new services and business models.

**Qualifications**

+ 15+ years direct global experience in technology industry.

+ Direct experience in Professional Services preferred.

+ Post graduate degree in Business Administration with Technical/Engineering Background or equivalent experience.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $162,600.00-$284,620.00

*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

**Working Model**

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. **In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.**
