CTG is seeking to fill an Epic Ambulatory Analyst position for our client.

**Location:** Remote, travel up to 3 days a month; client location: San Mateo, CA

**Duration:** 4-6 months

**Duties:**

+ Analyze, design, configure, test, and implement Epic Ambulatory solutions aligned with organizational and clinical requirements

+ Collaborate with clinicians, providers, and operational stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective system functionality

+ Support the design and optimization of outpatient/ambulatory workflows to enhance patient care delivery and operational efficiency

+ Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement scalable, sustainable solutions

+ Support system upgrades, enhancements, and special projects, including Epic version updates and new feature rollouts

+ Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including workflows, build specifications, and training materials

+ Participate in integrated testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide go-live and post-go-live support

+ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, organizational policies, and Epic best practices

+ Provide end-user support, issue resolution, and training as needed

+ Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for usability, efficiency, and data integrity

**Skills:**

+ Strong knowledge of Epic Ambulatory module configuration, workflows, and best practices

+ Understanding of outpatient clinical workflows and healthcare operations

+ Experience with system build, testing methodologies, and production support

+ Knowledge of population health concepts and ambulatory care models

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage both clinical and technical stakeholders

+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

+ Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills

+ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams

**Experience:**

+ Epic Ambulatory Certification required

+ 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting Epic in ambulatory/outpatient settings

+ Experience working within healthcare systems or hospital environments preferred

+ Healthy Planet Certification preferred

**Education:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $145,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
